The soul of this place is inspired by the local treasures that we unearth around Bourgoin-Jallieu. "1755" is the year of construction of the original fountain which is located on the square in front of the establishment. The word "Brasserie" is important to us because it symbolizes a place of conviviality and open to all throughout the day.

Brasserie 1755 is enriched every month with new producers and high-quality artisans in order to offer responsible cuisine, favoring local producers in the region, while respecting nature and all the seasons. To create our dishes, our Chef and the team rigorously select each food, before transforming them within the restaurant according to traditional recipes that have stood the test of time.
